About the Role

You will lead international marketing, recruitment, and partnership development, while ensuring high-quality support for our international learners. This role requires travel to international markets when necessary to support recruitment and partnership activities.
Essential qualifications
- Tertiary qualification in business, international relations, marketing, or a related field.
- Strong understanding of international education systems and global market trends.
- Knowledge of vocational education and training frameworks in New Zealand.
- Familiarity with immigration policies and international student compliance requirements.
- Familiarity with Education (Pastoral Care of Tertiary and International Learners) Code of Practice 2021.
- Clean full driver's licence
Desirable experience
- Proven experience in international marketing, recruitment, or partnership development.
- Demonstrated ability to lead and manage teams in a multicultural environment.
- Skilled in strategic planning and implementation of international initiatives.
- Experience in budget management and financial accountability.
- Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills, both internal and external.
- Ability to conduct and apply international market research to inform decision-making.

Knowledge of Te Tiriti o Waitangi and its application in education settings.
Willingness to undertake delegated projects and tasks as required.
