Agricultural trainers wanted – no previous training experience needed

Do you have a background in agriculture, mechanics or heavy machinery and interested in training small groups of adults?

We will be running short courses from early June to mid-October 2020 aimed at adults wanting to change careers or retrain as a result of redundancy due to the Covid-19 pandemic.

We are currently taking Expressions of Interest from potential trainers who have a background in agriculture, mechanics or heavy machinery, are familiar with farm safety, enjoy working with small teams of adults and would like to share their knowledge and skills. Training will be delivered in small groups and will be integrated with hands-on practical skills to give trainees a taste of the various options available in the agricultural sector.

Accommodation and meals will be provided at our Telford Campus, near Balclutha, and you will deliver this training in a friendly, supportive environment.
