Programme Manager for School of Hospitality / Cookery

Glenn is the Programme Manager for School of Hospitality / Cookery at the Invercargill and Queenstown campuses of SIT.

 

Glenn believes the future of the Hospitality industry is in supplying graduates who have gained a quality education and attained skills, which can be achieved by studying at SIT. He strives to ensure his students are given the opportunities to develop their creative culinary skills.

 

Glenn’s culinary background includes living and working overseas in Spain and Europe, and within New Zealand. His passion in food is for regional and international cuisine. He is a qualified Senior Judge for Culinary Arts competitions, and has a Postgraduate Diploma in Business Enterprise. He’s also a team trainer for award-winning students.
