This course focuses on developing wellbeing and resilience through a holistic approach to physical, mental, emotional and spiritual health. The foundations of the course are Responsibilty, Awareness, Intention and Attention. Through developing practically in these areas attendees are empowered to take back control of their own health and vitality and become anti-fragile.

Week 1

Physical Wellbeing A: Personal Responsiblity. Only you can change yourself. Introduction to the concept of anti-fragility or gaining from disruption and uncertainty.

Week 2

Physical Wellbeing B: Awareness. Breath, mobility and ease. Learn how to regulate and adapt to stress by taking control of your nervous system.

Week 3

Mental Wellbeing A: Intention. Learn the power of setting a course and how to cut through distraction to overcome fear and inertia.

Week 4

Mental Wellbeing B: Attention. Train your mind to shapen the power of focus. What you focus on becomes your reality.

Week 5

Emotional Intelligence: Develop authentic communication and vulnerabilty through sharing with others.

Week 6

Spiritual Wellbeing: Find purpose and meaning in life. Learn to ask the right questions and identify your truth. Meditation as the tool to find inner calm and direction.
