Basic Knowlege of Coffee Equipment and Recipes.

New Zealand's hospitality and tourism services industry has experienced significant growth in the last decade and the trend is set to continue.

Career opportunities include working in cafes, coffee shops, bistros and taverns, or wherever good coffee is served.

Academic and personal attributes to undertake the programme with a reasonable chance of success. A high level of personal presentation.

Work ethic required for employment in the hospitality industry. Minimum of three years secondary education. Mature students over 20 years of age at commencement of programme are welcome.
