Telford Maniototo Lions Scholarship

  • up to $7,000 for aspiring students to assist with entry into Sheep & Beef Industry or a similar field in agriculture

Available to:

  • Massey Diploma in Agriculture (Level 5)
  • Farming Systems and Equipment (Level 3) (Dairy, Sheep and Beef)
  • New Zealand Certificate in Animal Healthcare Assisting (Level 4) (Rural Animal Healthcare)

Requirements:

  • Applicants must be enrolled in one of the above courses.
  • The successful applicant will demonstrate some academic merit, a real commitment to their current studies and be strongly motivated and passionate about working in the sheep and beef industry or a similar field in the agriculture sector in the future.
  • Must be a New Zealand citizen and from within the ‘wider’ Maniototo
