Our Hotel and Tourism Management programmes are designed to allow graduates to hit the ground running in employment. The Bachelor of Hotel Management is a business degree focused on equipping graduates with skills that are sought after by employers. Students are given every opportunity to experience the industry first hand, including an internship for the final semester of the third year.

The New Zealand Diploma in Hospitality Management (Level 5) and New Zealand Diploma in Hospitality Management (Level 6) staircase into the Bachelor of Hotel Management. Once completed you can then transfer into the final year of the Bachelor of Hotel Management

Graduate Certificate and Graduate Diploma courses in Hotel Management allow graduates to quickly become qualified and experienced in the hotel industry at a high level. The New Zealand Diploma in Tourism and Travel is an ideal qualification for those looking to operate or manage a tourism business or those who wish to enter the industry.
