Carlo M. Gabriel graduated from Saint Louis University in 2005 and acquired his licensed mechanical engineer in the same year.
From 2016 to 2018, he worked as a Process Control Engineer in a company in New Zealand. Since 2017, he has been an Engineering Educator with the School of Advanced Engineering Technology, Southern Institute of Technology, New Zealand. He is also the Programme Manager of the School of Advanced Engineering Technology since 2020. He published various articles and presented research studies in various conferences both local and international. His research interests include articulated pneumatic processes and applications; industrial automation; manufacturing technology and processes; and engineering education. He is also a panel review member of Australasian Association of Engineering Education (AAEE) since 2019.
Carlo Gabriel is an official member and committee of Engineering New Zealand, Mechanical Engineering Group-NZ, Engineers Australia, and Australasian Association of Engineering Education. Mr. Gabriel’s awards include OP/SIT Symposium Best Research presenter award in 2019, and the OP/SIT Symposium 2nd Best Research presenter award in 2020.
