Health and Safety courses at SITWhether you're already in a health and safety role, or you're looking to enter the industry, a qualification in Occupational Safety and Health (OSH) will teach you skills and knowledge that are directly relevant to working or further training in this industry. Health & Safety graduates are able to demonstrate knowledge of occupational health and safety systems, practices and programmes, and have evaluated, planned, developed and implemented them into a workplace. 

Graduating students could go on to employment as:

  • Health and safety co-coordinators / officers / representatives / advisors
  • OSH investigators
  • Production supervisors
  • Training co-ordinators
  • Occupational safety and health roles through the Ministry of Business, Innovation and Employment.
