The Enrolment Process

To ensure your enrolment is processed in a timely manner, please ensure you read the following requirements carefully.

Returning Students:

The Tertiary Education Commission requires returning students (those who have previously studied with SIT) to send a photo identification with their enrolment form. This does not require verification and can be a copy of any existing photo identification (e.g. passport, driver’s license, 18+ card). This is only for returning students.

New Students:

All new students (those who have never studied with SIT) are required to provide verified identification (e.g. passport, birth certificate). This does not include a driver’s licence (as noted on application forms). Verified identification means a copy of your full birth certificate or passport that has been verified by a Justice of the Peace, Lawyer and Court Registrar or Deputy Registrar.

Fee Payment:

All fees must be paid prior to commencement of study (either by student loan, credit card, or cheque). Students wishing to pay via internet banking will find the banking details on the invoice that they received.

Zero Fees Scheme - Cost Comparison

Our Zero Fees Scheme means we pay your tuition fees, so all you have to pay for are the direct material costs for your course.  Many of our graduates are able to start their careers debt-free! This is not an exaggeration – see how much you could save in the chart below!
