US 11101 - Collaborate within a group/team which has an objective(s) (Level 4) 4 credits
Students will be able to collaborate within a group/team working toward achievement of objective(s) and contribute collaboratively to group/team function.
US 25212 - Apply scope controls to a project (Level 4) 5 credits
People credited with this unit standard are able to contribute to scope definition for a project and apply project scope controls to a project.
US 25213 - Apply time management techniques to a project (Level 4) 5 credits
On completion of this unit standard, students will be able to assist in the development of project schedules for a project, apply agreed schedules to a project using progress records and participate in assessing time management outcomes for a project.
US 25214 - Apply cost management techniques to a project (Level 4) 5 credits
People credited with this unit standard are able to assist with the development of a project budget; monitor project costs and contribute to the cost finalisation process.
US 25215 - Apply quality management techniques to a project (Level 4) 5 credits
On completion of this unit standard, students will be able to contribute to quality planning, apply quality standards and contribute to continuous improvement for a project.
US 25216 - Apply human resource management approaches to a project (Level 4) 5 credits
People credited with this unit standard are able to assist with determination of human resource requirements for a project; assist with human resource control and stakeholder management for a project; and contribute to conclusion and evaluation of human resource practices and stakeholder management for a project.
US 25217 - Apply risk management techniques to a project (Level 4) 5 credits
On completion of this unit standard, students are able to assist with risk analysis and risk management planning, conduct risk control activities and contribute to assessing risk management outcomes for projects.
US 25218 - Apply contract and procurement techniques to a project (Level 4) 5 credits
People credited with this unit are able to assist with contract and procurement planning for a project; contribute to contractor selection process for a project; conduct contracting and procurement activities for a project and conduct finalisation activities for the contracting and procurement stages of a project.
US 25219 - Manage projects (Level 4) 16 credits
This unit standard covers the management of a straightforward project or a section of a larger project. It focuses on the application of project management skills and the requirement of meeting timelines, quality standards, budgetary limits and other requirements set for the project. Students will be able to define a project, develop a project plan, administer and monitor a project, finalise a project and review a project.
US 1986 - Apply calculations, data analysis and statistical interpretation in a business context (Level 4) 5 credits
Upon completion of this unit standard, students will be able to complete calculations for a business operation, compile, measure and analyse business data and present and interpret business statistics for the analysed data.

Individuals credited with this unit standard will be able to devise strategies to establish positive working relationships with colleagues and manager(s), develop strategies to maintain and monitor positive workplace relationships.
US 11649 - Manage and coordinate business meetings to achieve outcomes (E) (Level 5) 8 credits
Students will be able to establish meeting objectives, identify and inform participants, conduct meetings to achieve objectives and record and report meeting outcomes and determine follow-up actions.
US 16612 – Use effective business writing skills in an organisation (E) (Level 4) 4 credits
People credited with this standard are able to select and present content and apply rules, writing style, and format to achieve effective communication for a business purpose; and evaluate the effectiveness of business writing.
